LG V30 and LG 30+: Android Oreo Update officially rolling out right now

Recently the LG has officially rolled out the most waited Android 8.0 Oreo update for the LG V30 and the V30+ Smartphones. The people in Korea are starting the new version of OS to update and also it’s getting the notification on their devices.

The most waited Oreo update for LG V30 and LG V30 Plus has recently called to Korean company even made an announcement talking about the new update of their OS, now it’s stating that they’re the first manufacturer in Korea to deliver the Oreo update to its devices. LG had started an OS Preview program last month and successfully tested the new Oreo software on over 500 devices.

The new version of OS is now is available both as an OTA and a download. If you prefer update or want to install it manually, you will need to use the LG Bridge software on your PC. As familiar, the Oreo update will carry quite a few new features and improvements to both the LG V30 and the V30+.

However, there are new features such as Picture-in-Picture, Notification dots, smart text selection, and more, are included in this new update. You will also see a growth in battery life and overall system performance. And make sure that the update also includes an improved sound source LDAC that will minimize sound loss.

The update is at this time rolling out for users in Korea, but it should be available in Europe and other regions in the next few days.
