There are many time ago we are to get the wisdom of the yearly rhythms of Pokémon GO, and at the present, it would come into view that it’s now time for the Water Festival, future so quickly on the heels of Adventure Week. Recently the Pokemon go official site to Niantic Labs just announce that the Water Festival will go to start today, June 7, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific, and there are many other surprises with it’s coming with a nice little suite of bonuses. Let’s see some of the highlights:
Stardust bonus: Stardust will be one of the most popular and much-needed currencies in Pokémon GO, and so trainers will want to take challenges take in of this one. So we’ll be getting 3 times the Stardust for all catches of Water-type Pokémon, which should indicate a lot of Stardust allowing for the next cartridge point here. Moreover, we’re getting 2 times the Stardust for all egg hatches.
Increased Water-type Pokémon Spawns: Like with most limited time events, the Water Festival will be shifting up the map with increased spawns from Water-type Pokémon. That’s above all handy because it will boost the Stardust you’ll be earning, but it’s also pretty handy if you don’t yet have a precious creature like a Feraligatr or a Swampert. I suppose I’ll take the chance to break up towards a Wailord, which I’m still missing.
Special 2-kilometer eggs: 2-kilometer eggs will now hatch man like Totodile, Mudkip and Corphish, and the language grass room for more in there, as well. This should sell some incubators, particularly when mutual with the Stardust bonuses.
Kyogre: Also to Kyogre will be out frequent to raid battles, which is good because the Water-type monster is one of the trickiest human being out there and it made its debut during a mostly atrocious winter.
Shiny Shellder: Just what it sounds like: Niantic is leasing shimmering Shellder loose, which also means shiny Cloyster. The shiny timetable of in-game creatures remain growing, so the mostly committed collector has a lot of decision for going crazy catching them all.
Field Research: The Special Field Research is a big new tool in Niantic’s arsenal, and changing the mission up to echo an event does a long way in the direction of creating a particular ambiance. Wait for more tasks focused on Water-type Pokémon.
I’ll be out tricky Kyogre, that’s for convinced: I missed the whale thing the first and second times more or less, and I am grateful for the possibility to make up for that. But to be truthful, it may not be playing all that much Pokémon GO on my wonder: I’ve become involved in Jurassic Park World Aliverecently, a Pokémon GO-style game that manages to make some important update, even if it lacks the supernatural that makes GO tick.
